Job Description: CrossFit Coach and Community Team Member

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Coach with experience, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow in a dynamic and busy gym environment. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in coaching but also excited to contribute to our community, support day-to-day operations, and foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. The role would include up to 18 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Group Classes: Coach CrossFit classes to members of all fitness levels, ensuring workouts are safe, effective, and engaging.
- Community Engagement: Create a positive and supportive atmosphere, building relationships with members and encouraging a sense of community.
- Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the gym, including setup, cleaning, and helping with events or special programs.
- Member Development: Provide guidance on proper form, technique, and progression to help members reach their fitness goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on fitness trends, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.
